This individual will step into this role understanding that the energy and motivation they bring into the daily operations has a significant impact on the direction of the company’s daily success. Our clients and the experience they have before, during and after us servicing them is what will determine our current stability as well as our future success. The areas in the daily operations this position will need to support consist of answering phone calls from clients that are in immediate need of assistance with various plumbing and drain cleaning needs. The Dispatch client operator will be trained in basic plumbing knowledge that will provide the existing or new client a feeling of support. The objective is not to simply take down the necessary information to schedule an appointment. The Dispatch Client Experience Operator will do his or her absolute best to provide a feeling of support to each client. It will be his obligation to ask the proper questions that he or she will be trained to ask. These questions will be utilized by design to understand the severity of every unique client and their unique problem. They will also be trained to determine the different levels of opportunity the actual plumbing system failure presents when it comes to revenue generation. This will allow them to properly relay the needed information to the Office Coordinator so that we can properly dispatch for daily maximum profit. Opportunities for bonus incentives will be made available after the 90 days onboarding processes designed to make this individual as successful as possible are completed. Office Coordinator: Pay Range $52,000 - $96,500 with bonus incentives
This individual will be involved in all facets involving revenue generation, Dispatch client experience operations, service technician growth monitoring, directional vision and monitoring of the Internal office employees, Marketing tools and success stemming from these processes in close proximity to the owners of the company. Must show a comfortable ability to discuss and explain to leadership the current success as well as needs in every department assigned in this job description at any given time. This individual must be organized in a way that allows him or her to properly identify the amount of time and effort needed to consistently maintain and improve current and future processes that create company growth. Plumbing Apprentice Filed Assistant: Pay Range $25,000- $46,800
This individual will be joining our team to learn a new trade-in for Plumbing and drain cleaning services as well as system maintenance and operations. Some of the qualities needed for success in this position are discipline, accountability, transparency, and the ability to align with a culture that shares a common purpose every day they show up to support us. He or she will be trained by powerful team members who have themselves been through the same system processes that have led to amazing present and ongoing success stories within our growing company and industry. This individual will need to be comfortable with a fluid schedule as a major portion of the onboarding process will take place on real-time ongoing projects. We have developed a hands-on approach that provides growth by visual and kinesthetic training. This will speed up the process of creating a vital addition to our team. This position is designed to consistently develop the skills and psychology needed to advance into many other financially appealing and motivated positions currently available at Easy Rooter Plumbing & Drain Cleaning. Easy Rooter Plumbing level 1 service installer: Pay range 33,000-55,000 annually No bonus incentive
A level 1 service installer has now been working as a plumbing apprentice field assistant for a period of roughly 90 days. During these first 90 days the plumbing apprentice should have been exposed to all different facets of our daily operations. This individual will be expected to understand our company ethics as well as our company code of conduct. The expectation of Easy Rooter Plumbing will be that a level 1 service installer will exemplify the ability to differentiate different types of plumbing systems as well as provide accurate feedback when asked about potential malfunctions and failures of these systems. This will include and will not be limited to drain blockages, main sewer and lateral line diagnosing, the ability to safely run drain cleaning equipment, the knowledge of how to properly set up this equipment so that is does not cause harm to the level 1 service installer or a clients property, the ability to differentiate gas, water, and water filtration systems and the capacity to work on these systems with assistance and guidance from fellow team mates who are in a higher ranking trade knowledge position. Overall, the expectation of a level 1 service technician is that he or she will be able to safely assist with ongoing plumbing projects under the guidance of a level 2 service installer or any other trade position that ranks higher than his or her own.
Easy Rooter Plumbing level 2 service installer: Pay Range 45,000-75,000 annually with bonus incentive
A level 2 service installer will have a minimum of 6 months of training from a full-service technician level team member or higher. This individual should be able to successfully perform all minor plumbing diagnosis and repairs. Some examples include and are not limited to drain blockage diagnosing and servicing of both residential and commercial properties, diagnosing and servicing of water and gas piping in various sizes, diagnosis and the ability to repair standard tank water heater units as well as the ability to completely install new standard tank water heaters compliant to California uniform plumbing code. He or she must be able to service and repair various types of residential shower valves and or replace and install brand new shower and bathtub valves if ever necessary. A level 2 service installer must have the ability to confidently communicate with residential commercial and clients when assigned by full service technicians or any other employee of higher rank to these clients as needed. The main role a level 2 service installer will have at Easy Rooter Plumbing will be the ability to help with successful completion of sold and ongoing projects as well as initiate and complete home warranty projects without the supervision of any other Easy Rooter employee. It is perfectly fine and understandable if this level 2 installer should ever need assistance as we are a team that will always be ready and willing to assist each other. The successful level 2 service installer will give Easy Rooter Plumbing the ability to complete projects diagnosed and sold by employees who rank at full service technician or above. This will allow us to increase our productivity by freeing up full service technicians as well as sales partners that are better trained and equipped to sell our services on a daily basis. This is a position that will require great communication skills and the ability to take constructive criticism in a way that creates growth in the trade knowledge of the level 2 service installer. The goal and opportunity a level 2 service installer has and should always be in pursuit of is the chance to become a full service technician.
Easy Rooter Plumbing senior plumbing service technician: Pay Range 100,000-180,000 annually with bonus incentives
A Senior plumbing service technician at Easy Rooter Plumbing and Drain Cleaning is an individual who has reached a level of higher management in the company. He or she will have a minimum of full-service technician level experience. This individual will have the capability to diagnose, sell, and complete any level of plumbing system malfunction or failure that is presented to the companies daily operations. This individual will be updated on current goals and operations as they change and progress weekly. The opportunity to become an executive growth manager will be a major incentive for this individual as he or she learns to establish long lasting relationships with our new and existing clientele. This individual will have the ability to coordinate multiple project sales and completion utilizing the installation teams as well as the company equipment/resources available to generate as much revenue as possible. The objective for this individual will be to come in every day of his or her shift ready to assist in all facets needed to build wealth for the company as well as himself by repeatedly executing preestablished successful systems and procedures. This is a leadership position with major growth opportunities as it is tied in closely with the owners of the company. This company position is the last step that needs to mastered before becoming an executive growth partner within the company.
