I never had septic tank serviced with hydrojet, so I don't know if it was a good value, but I tell you what, Jonathan and Cesar were very professional, knowledgeable and just simply nice. They took the worst situation (for me) and left me confident that they would handle it. I wasn't even home and they sent me pictures and kept me updated, happy to say we are good now! They turned the worse mess into a functioning system. I am grateful and they moved things around to perform this emergency service for me.

Very responsive and timely in their service. Had a bit of septic problem and they took care of everything thoroughly. Answered all questions we had as well.

From the first call to the job completion everything was just awesome, Crystal so friendly and helpful on the phone, Cesar very nice and helpful too and Dave who did the plumbing work was so friendly too and his work ethic is outstanding, worked so hard on several things we needed done and did them all so well and professional,all of it with being friendly the whole time, even when we needed extra help with another problem he gladly helped us, the whole easy rooter crew is just wonderful 👍 thank you to Jonathan for for hiring such nice people, easy rooter is the best!!!!will always call them for any future plumbing needs,thanks for everything!!!

Wow this is a really great company ! They owner even came out because they were very busy and he wanted to make sure all appointments were taken care of . They went above and beyond with excellent service . I highly reccomend Easy Rooter Plumbing !!! Johnathan even went to get us a new toile because the one i got was to big and Johnathan bought the best one that fit our cituation . And he brought his new assitant to help and learn . Very happy customer and will diffently use them again
